This is not a tour from the sidelines. This is the truffle world from the inside — boots in the soil, hands on the harvest, face-to-face with the farmers and dogs who define the southern hemisphere’s most exciting truffle region, and one of the most productive in the world. Western Australia produces some of the finest Tuber melanosporum and is the most productive per acre globally, and we’ve built relationships with the farmers who grow it.

We’ll move from Perth through Margaret River’s world-class wine country to Manjimup — Australia’s black truffle heartland — for an immersive, hands-on experience unlike anything available to the public. This trip is designed for truffle farmers, dog handlers, and serious enthusiasts or foodies lookig to dig deeper into the world of truffles and learn everything there is to know about how to grow them successfully, market them, and of course, how to cook with them.
