Truffle Dog Selection
Finding the right dog for truffle work isn’t guesswork. TDC has developed specific canine scent detection assessments that we use to evaluate puppies directly from litters — identifying the dogs with the drive, temperament, and scent aptitude that translate to reliable performance in the orchard.
