We strongly recommend arriving in Perth one to two days early — jet lag on this trip is significant, and you’ll want to be sharp from day one. We cannot hold the group for missed connections.
Reserving Your Spot & Cancellation Policy
To reserve your place, complete the registration form above and submit your $1,500 deposit. Deposits received by October 1, 2026 automatically lock in the Early Bird price of $8,400 per person. Your deposit is fully refundable if the expedition does not reach its minimum participant count, and is held against your final balance. Ninety days prior to departure, your final balance will be due, along with accommodation preferences and any optional activity selections.- More than 6 months before departure: Full deposit refund available
- 90–45 days before departure: 50% refund of full trip price
- Fewer than 45 days before departure: No refund
About accommodation: Perth accommodation is not included in the tour cost. We will recommend a hotel and our starting meeting point in downtown Perth prior to departure. We’re also happy to share suggestions for extending your Australia trip before or after the tour.
