Thanks Bev! I’ll be back working on the course, and interacting with you all, on Tuesday. I’m currently in Winnipeg, catching a couple women’s World Cup games with my daughters and two friends from Germany. Alas, I could have gotten Mo across the border into Canada, but I wouldn’t have been able to get him back into the U.S. without special dispensation based on a promise from me to quarantine him, since he’s still to young for a rabies vaccination. He and I will be playing catchup over the next couple weeks. I’m looking forward to seeing and learning from everyone else’s progress!

That would be great if you could log in to my profile and see if you can trouble shoot. I didn’t think it would matter much, but I have already wished I could use the edit button again. I get the feeling that my thread doesn’t know it’s me when I’m writing. It gives me the option to “reply to Annie” as if I am not her. Maybe that’s normal–not sure.
I imagine you can log into my account from the back end, but if you need my login info I can email it to you. Let me know, and thanks for offering to look into this!
Yay! I just chose the option to EDIT this post and it worked! So at least it works for this discussion thread. I forgot to say that I mostly use the computer. I have only viewed pages on my mobile device a couple times, and did not do any writing/submitting from that device. Thank you!

Our trip to Canada was fantastic. I’d never been to Winnipeg before, and the people there truly lived up to their province’s license plates: “Friendly Manitoba!” Camped out at Birds Hill park; enjoyed it immensely. Spent a day sightseeing in the city. And of course caught two sessions of games, with the big events for us being the U.S.-Sweden game and the Germany-Thailand game. (Our family lived in Germany for seven months, and the two friends who were with me and my daughters are Germans themselves.)
Can’t wait to get back. Many of us Minnesotans are Canadian wannabes anyway!
Hey Kristin – I don’t seem to have an edit button either – can you fix mine also?
Mary, I could be wrong about this but I think that it appeared that I also didn’t have an edit button one day–and then I realized that I had been timed out of my account. The page with the thread was still there but I think it had refreshed after I’d been timed out. I went to the “My Account” dropdown at the top right of the webpage, signed in again, and I _think_ that did it for me: suddenly I could edit again. Worth a quick try at least.
I justed logged out and logged back in and no edit button. Is there somethung else I should do?
Hi Kristin – cleared my cache but no difference. If me it’s not a big issue – especially if it’s not an easy fix.
