My name is Jason, I work with a 7 year old chocolate lab named River. We have an LLC called Hound Found Oregon and have been working with truffles for 3 years. For the student portion of this course I may switch to a dog with no training, so as to better myself with the lessons taught here.
River loves to do anything, especially if carrots or cheese are involved and she has needed little guidance from me when it comes to finding truffles. I will explore my dog options this week and hope to catch up on my course work soon.
