Hello Kristin and thanks for the welcome.
We are a bit late getting started for various reasons (children’s classes & events, farm work and other stuff) but we’re ready to go now.
Our reason for doing this course is to enable us to find truffles in our severn year old plantation of Hazel and Oak trees that were inoculated with the truffle fungus.
Earlier this year the first ever UK cultivated truffle was found in our 1 hectare plantation, so we are excited to try and find some more.
Our dog, Pippa, is a four and a half month old Schnauzer.
